Eat Seasonal Fruits and Healthy Diet

Proteins and vitamins are very important for hair. Make sure your diet includes plenty of vitamin C, iron, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids. Apart from this, eat seasonal fruits like cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, orange, vine, coconut water etc. All these are beneficial for hair as well as skin and overall health.

When Hair Started Losing Its Shine

Many times the shine of the hair starts decreasing due to strong sunlight. The hair also becomes tough. Wear a hat or cover your hair with a scarf when out in the sun. Avoid bathing in a swimming pool, as the chlorine in its water can make hair dull, dry. Wear a swimming cap while taking a bath in the swimming pool.
